Regulamin Promocji „Happy Birthday VERONICA”
1. Organizatorem promocji Firma Droper, Gabriela Waligórska, Turka, ul. Jeżynowa 11, 20-258 Lublin (dalej nazywana Organizatorem).
2. Sprzedaż promocyjna prowadzona będzie 14 marca 2015 roku. Klienci korzystający z promocji otrzymają rabat wysokości 18 proc.
3. Aby skorzystać z promocji należy kończąc zamówienie skorzystać z kody rabatowego i wpisać: H.B.VERONICA w polu „Jeżeli posiadasz kupon rabatowy wpisz jego kod” i wcisnąć KONTYNUJ. Wtedy zniżka zostanie naliczona.
4. Promocja dotyczy wszystkich produktów, oprócz produktów objętych innymi promocjami. Promocje nie łączą się.
5. Z promocji nie mogą korzystać odbiorcy hurtowi.
6. Zamówienia złożone z naruszeniem powyższego regulaminu będą automatycznie anulowane przez Organizatora.
7. W kwestiach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem stosuje się obowiązujące przepisy Kodeksu Cywilnego. Wszelkie spory i roszczenia związane z Promocją będą rozstrzygane przez właściwe sądy powszechne.
8. Biorąc udział w promocji uczestnik potwierdza, że wyraża zgodę na związanie postanowieniami regulaminu.

Rules of „Happy Birthday VERONICA” Promotion

1. The organiser of the promotion is Droper Company, Gabriela Waligórska, Turka, ul. Jeżynowa 11, 20-258 Lublin (called later Organiser).

2. Promotional sale will take place on 14th March 2015. Customers using promotion will receive a discount of 18 per cent.

3. To benefit of a promotion you should make use of a discount code while finishing the order and write: H.B. VERONICA in the field „If you have a coupon enter the code” and press CONTINUE buton. Then the discount will be counted.

4. Promotion concerns choosen products and not concern the promotional products. Promotions do not join each other.

5. The wholesale sallers cannot make use of promotion.

6. The orders breaking the rules of promotion will be canceld automatically by the Organiser.

7. In the matters which are not comprised in the present rules the regulations of Civil Code are adapted. Any controversies and claims connected with the Promotion will be settled by apropriate courts.

8. Taking part in the promotion the participant confirms that he agrees with the rules of promotion.

1. L’organisateur de la promotion est l’entreprise Droper, Gabriela Waligórska, Turka, ul. Jeżynowa 11, 20-258 Lublin (ensuite appellé L’Organisateur).

2. La vente promotionelle aura lieu le 14 Mars 2015. Les clients profitant de la promotion recevront le rabais de 18 pour cent.

3. Pour profiter de la promotion vous devez en finissant la commande écrire: H.B. VERONICA dans le champ: „Si vous êtes en possession d’un coupon de rabais, veuillez saisir son code ici” et cliquer sur CONTINUER bouton. Alors le rabais sera compté.

4. La promotion concerne seulement les produits choisis et ne concerne pas les produits couverts par la promotion. Les promotions ne sont pas cumulables.

5. Les utilisateurs en gros ne peuvent pas profiter de la promotion.

6. Les ordres qui violent le présent reglèment seront annullés authomatiquèment par l’Organisateur.

7. En matières non reglées par le présent reglèment les dispositions du Code Civil prendront effet. Tous les litiges et réclamations seront reglés par la juridiction générale.

8. En participant à la promotion le participant confirme qu’il est d’accord avec les décisions du reglèment.

2. Angebot wird am 14. März 2015 durchgeführt. Kunden, die den Code verwenden erhalten einen Rabatt von 18 Prozent.
3. Zum Rabatt, beim Abschluss einer Bestellung nutzen den Rabatt-Code : H.B.VERONICA in „Jeżeli posiadasz kupon rabatowy wpisz jego kod” und drücken Sie KONTYNUJ. Dann wird der Rabatt berechnet.
4.Das Angebot gilt für alle Produkte, mit Ausnahme Reduzierte Produkte.
Gutscheine können nicht kombiniert werden.

6. Bestellungen welche gegen die oben genannten Regeln verstoßen werden automatisch durch den Veranstalter storniert.
(7) in Angelegenheiten, die nicht durch diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen geregelt gelten die bestehende Bestimmungen des bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches. Alle Streitigkeiten und Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit Werbung werden von den zuständigen ordentlichen Gerichten beigelegt werden.
