Witam,
Kontroli składu i jakości zastosowanych składników.
Rozumiem zakaz reklamy ukierunkowanej do młodzieży.

Hello,
I address to the deputy as a modest elector. I am reading with concern information about planned change of a directive 170 by European Council. Especially in the articles concerning e-cigarettes market regulation. The market connected with a poison (nicotine) distrubution should be under control without any doubts. The control of ingredients and composition of the components used. Accepted by European Parliament rules seemed to be enough. All in all evidently poisonous tobacco goods are allowed… there is no need to conduct the researches as one knows that they are poisonous for the smokers and the environment in every concentration. The e-cigarettes allowed me healthier and less stinky satisfy the addiction. The changes proposed by EC, consisiting of allowance to trading only one-shot cartridges on a very little content of the nicotine will cause my come back to the addiction because of not enough amount of the nicotine in every single cloud. The cost of such a solution – after the monopolization of the production by the pharmaceutical and tobacco concerns – will boost incredibly. It’s not what we want.
I understand the ban of the advertisment aimed at the youth. I understand the ban of selling to the minors. I understand the requirement of examination of the liquids (however, the PZH certificate for the supplements of a diet does not require a certificate – it is issued on the grounds of the producer’s statement concerning the content).
I address to the deputy to pay attention to this topic. Consider possible intervention. Prevent the next action of the huge concerns as we have no doubts about it.
