Pierwsze wrażenie - jednym zdaniem: Ciasto biszkoptowe, z maślanym akcentem.

Uwagi:
Na wstępie powiem, że marchewkowe ciasto często jadamy w domu. To jedno z moich ulubionych. W aromacie czuć maślany biszkopt. I to jest pierwszy błąd tej kompozycji. Ciasto marchewkowe to rodzaj ciasta piernikowego, ciemnego, z przyprawami korzennymi. W rym aromacie te składniki są nieobecne. Tarta marchew nadaje ciastu wilgotności i słodyczy. Generalnie słabo ją czuć w prawdziwym cieście. To że jej nie czuć w gotowym płynie jest jak najbardziej poprawne (ciekawe jak smakowałby liquid marchwiowy, hi hi). Niestety smak biszkoptu burzy koncepcję. Albo trzeba zmienić nazwę, albo zmienić składniki. Tak jak jest obecnie, jest według mnie nie do przyjęcia.
Pomijając nazwę uważam, że płyn jest bardzo smaczny i daje się długo chmurzyć z przyjemnością. Nie jest przesadnie słodki a składniki są dobrze połączone. Wymienić biszkopt na piernik i będzie super.
Liquid jest klarowny, koloru miodowego. Pozostawia w pomieszczeniu zapach neutralny dla otoczenia.

Remarks: At first I’ll say that we often eat carrot cake at home. It’s one of my favouriters. I can notice a buttery biscuit in the flavour. And that’s the first misatke of the composition. Carrot cake is a kind of a gingerbread cake, dark one with spices. In this flavour those ingredients are absent. Grated carrot gives the flavour moisture and sweetness. In general it’s hardly noticeable in a real cake. The fact that’s is almost absent in the ready liquid is ok (it’s interesting how could tatse a carrot liquid, hi, hi). Unfortunately biscuit’s taste spoils the composition. Either you should change the label or the ingredients. Likewise is now is unacceptable for me. Apart from the label the liquid is very tasty and can be vaped for a long time with pleasure. It’s not exaggeteradly sweet and the ingredients are well balanced. Change biscuit into a gingerbread and it’ll be great. Liquid is clear and in honey colour. Leaves neutral smell in the room.
