Uwagi: Specyficzna odmiana melona z Hiszpanii "Piel de sapo", lub bardzo zblizona smakiem odmiana francuskiego melona zielonego. Smak aromatu jest tu trafiony na 100%.
Niestety trafiony jest smak melona niedojrzalego, bo brak mu slodkosci. Przed podaniem na stol zostalby zdyskwalfikowany - dobre melony przy zakupie rozpoznawane sa wechem - lekki zapaszek fermentacji wydzielajacy sie poprzez skore gwarantuje slodkosc i dojrzalosc - innych sie nie je. [edit] doslodzilem teraz wlasnie i juz na szybko melon jest super dobry.
Jesli w zalozeniu aromat mialby byc odwzorowaniem smaku popularnych melonow cantaloup z Cavaillon (nawiasem mowiac to 50km ode mnie) ocena bylaby zdecydowanie nizsza, bo ich nie przypomina.
Aromat wraz ze wzrostem stezenia sukcesywnie sie "psuje" - przy 12 kroplach szczypie w podniebienie, ma szorstka waciana teksture i zapach robi sie sztuczny.

Co nieco po tym slodzeniu zmienila sie moja opinia na temat dozowania aromatu: 8-10kropli doslodzone smakuje bardzo dobrze, choc czuje sie mocna cierpkosc.
Melon jest jak żywy - nie jadam go czesto, bo tu raczej sie je te z Cavaillon, ale kilkakrotnie mialem okazje jesc i smak jest identyczny.

Remarks: Specific species of melon from Spain „Piel de sapo” or very close in a taste to french type of a green melon. The taste is a bulls’eye.
Unfortunately it’s a taste of an unripend melon because it isn’t sweet. Before eating it would be disqualified – while buying good melons they are recognizeble by sniffing – slight smell of a fermentation coming out through the skin guarantees sweetness and ripeness – one doesn’t eat the others. I sweetened now and quickly melon became great.
If in the assumption the flavour should be the reflection of taste of popular melons cantaloup of cavillon (by the way it’s 50 km from me) the grade would be lower as it doesn’t remind them.
Flavour with the rise of concentration spoils itself gradually – with 12 drops pinches the palate, has harsh cotton texture and smell becomes artificial.
